Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you
know your order is on the way.

If you live in the United States or Canada, you should receive your order within 7 days. Delivery times can vary by destination and carrier.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. DS Artwork N Design is not responsible for these

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at refunds@dsartworkndesign.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
