Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at refunds@dsartworkndesign.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at refunds@dsartworkndesign.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because many of our products are made to order (print-on-demand), the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom or personalized products, items that have been worn, washed, or used, items not in their original packaging, sale items, and gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at refunds@dsartworkndesign.com.
